Welcome to AffordableLaptops.Net provides service to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you visit and/or shop at http://www.AffordableLaptops.Net you are subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. In the event that information on the website does not correlate with our internal information AffordableLaptops.Net. will notify the affected parties.
  2. AffordableLaptops.Net. reserves the right to notify customers of incorrect shipping charges calculated via the online store due to USPS or UPS error. Customers so notified have the option to refuse purchase of the item(s).

Terms of Sale

  1. AffordableLaptops.Net is not responsible for any damage incurred to Software or Hardware caused by modifications performed by the buyer.
  2. The Title to purchased merchandise is to remain with AffordableLaptops.Net until AffordableLaptops.Net receives the full purchase price. Failure to pay the purchase price of purchased merchandise when due shall give AffordableLaptops.Net the right, without liability, to collect any unpaid balance and reasonable collection fee, with or without notice, and avail itself of any legal remedy.
  3. All software sales are final.
  4. AffordableLaptops.Net will not be responsible for any incompatibilities between software and hardware.
  5. Buyer assumes full responsibility that the purchased merchandise described on the invoice meets the specifications, capacity, capabilities, versatility, and other parameters required to perform as desired by buyer.

The Following Terms, Conditions and Warranties

are entered into upon sale or distribution of all equipment and/or services by and between Affordable Computers, Inc., The SELLER, and the receiving party, the BUYER.

  1. Hardware and software modifications – AffordableLaptops.Net is not responsible for any damage incurred to Software or Hardware caused by modifications performed by the BUYER.
  2. Title – The Title to purchased merchandise is to remain with AffordableLaptops.Net until AffordableLaptops.Net receives the full purchase price. Failure to pay the purchase price of purchased merchandise when due shall give AffordableLaptops.Net the right, without liability, to collect any unpaid balance and reasonable collection fee, with or without notice, and avail itself of any legal remedy.
  3. Software Sales – All software sales are final. AffordableLaptops.Net is not responsible for any software and hardware incompatibilities.
  4. Restocking Fee – If AffordableLaptops.Net accepts returned merchandise there will be a twenty- percent (20%) restocking fee, No exceptions.
  5. Return Policy – Returns and Refunds will not be honored after 30 days of receipt of merchandise. All return are subject to testing and diagnostics by AffordableLaptops.Net prior to any exchange. Defective equipment will be covered by applicable warranties. All returned merchandise is subject to a (20%) restocking fee, No exceptions. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. An RMA # must accompany all returned merchandise for warranty work, return or refund. RMA #’s assigned to buyer have a 10 day limit to be received by Affordable Computers, Inc at which point the RMA is void.  Shipping is non refundable.
  6. Buyer Obligation – Buyer assumes full responsibility that the Purchased Merchandise described on the invoice meets the specifications, capacity, capabilities, versatility, and other parameters required to perform as desired by buyer.

Limited Warranty

  1. All new hardware products delivered, assembled, or installed by AffordableLaptops.Net are warranted under the terms of a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer of each product, unless otherwise provided in those written warranties. All used, refurbished, reconditioned or “Pulled” hardware products delivered, assembled, or installed by Affordable Computers, Inc are subject to a thirty (30) day limited depot warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. All warranties are non-transferable.
  2. AffordableLaptops.Net warrants all new notebooks purchased with an operating system with a 1 year parts and labor depot warranty. Products purchased without an operating system adhere to the following conditions. Technical or configuration support is not offered on systems or notebooks purchased without an operating system. A one year part replacement depot warranty is covered on systems where applicable.
  3. AffordableLaptops.Net warrants all used or refurbished notebooks purchased with or without an operating system with a 30 day parts and labor depot warranty unless otherwise stated on invoice. Products purchased without an operating system adhere to the following conditions. Technical or configuration support is not offered on systems or notebooks purchased without an operating system. A 30 day part replacement depot warranty is covered on systems where applicable.
  4. AffordableLaptops.Net warrants all used or refurbished PC’s purchased with or without an operating system with a 30 day parts and labor depot warranty unless otherwise stated on invoice. Products purchased without an operating system adhere to the following conditions. Technical or configuration support is not offered on systems or notebooks purchased without an operating system. A 30 Day part replacement depot warranty is covered on systems where applicable.
  5. AffordableLaptops.Net provides no technical support for systems or notebooks purchased without an operating system. Computer Systems or Notebooks meeting this criteria are covered under a Parts Only Depot Warranty. AffordableLaptops.Net will replace any defective part during the advertised warranty period if so deemed necessary by our technical staff. Proof of purchase is required.
  6. AffordableLaptops.Net makes no other warranties expressed or implied with respect to hardware products other than the limited warranty referred to above.
  7. Freight charges for warranty service (depot warranty) – The cost of freight and/or transportation incurred to deliver warranted merchandise to AffordableLaptops.Net for warranty repair work, shall be paid by the Buyer. This also applies to items considered to be DOA (Dead-On-Arrival). Freight is FOB as noted on invoice.
  8. All implied warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded.
  9. AffordableLaptops.Net makes no warranties either expressed or implied, with respect to all software and accompanying manuals and materials, regardless of their source, quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All such items are sold or licensed to buyer by Affordable Computers, Inc. on an “As is” basis. The entire risk as to their quality and performance is with the buyer, should such software prove defective.
  10. AffordableLaptops.Net makes no warranty, expressed or implied, concerning the applicability of any such hardware or software to any specific purpose.
  11. AffordableLaptops.Net accepts no liability for loss or damage caused or allegedly caused directly or indirectly by computer equipment or software sold, including, but not limited to, any interruption of service, loss of business or anticipatory profits or specials or consequential damages resulting from the use of such computer equipment or computer software.
  12. AffordableLaptops.Net reserves the right to notify customers of incorrect shipping charges which are calculated via the online store due to USPS or UPS error. Customers that are notified have the option at this point to refuse purchase of the item(s).
  13. AffordableLaptops.Net is not responsible for typographical errors on the webpage, including but not limited to item prices.
